Don’t be afraid to experiment

Clean your brushes regularly
This tip is as important to keep your brushes in top notch condition as it is to keep your skin happy and healthy.
Brushes that are not cleaned often will start to breed bacteria that can clog your pores and contribute to blemishes so make sure you give them a good clean at least once every 10 days. If you use certain brushes like eyeshadow brushes less frequently, aim to clean them at least twice a month.
Wet the end of your brush under lukewarm water. Place a dollop of all natural brush cleanser, or use our Organic Purifying Gentle Cleanser, in the palm of your hand and swirl your brush around in it. Use your fingertips to thoroughly massage the mixture into your brush then rinse and gently squeeze out excess water before reshaping your brush to its original form.
Dry your brushes the correct way
Drying your brushes is really important to ensure they don’t stay damp and breed potential bacteria.
Place your clean brushes on a clean, dry towel placed on a flat service. Fold over the edge of your towel and press down on your brush to absorb excess water before laying your brushes to hang over the edge of your towel.
This allows the air to circulate all around them so they dry properly.
